Presentation:
  Natalia came to Sweden from the UK where she worked as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing Communication at the Business School of the Gloucestershire University. Prior she was an Assistant Professor of Advertising at the University of Maine, Orono. Natalia was born and raised in the Soviet Union. After graduating from Moscow State University with a degree in Journalism, Natalia worked as a copywriter for an independent Russian advertising agency. She has an MS in Advertising and PhD in Communication from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Currently Natalia heads the Centre for Consumer Culture Theory at Stockholm Business School.

Natalia is interested in studying consumer and consumption cultures, identity, advertising, communication, media and popular culture.
