Update 15/3 2020

Please note that the entire MCSP course will take place online.

This is in response to the developments of the covid-19 pandemic and includes all teaching activities and assignments for the course. This means that this course will not at any point require you to be present on campus.

In specific, all previously planned on-campus activities for this course (lectures and seminars) will instead take place on Zoom. The final assignment is a take-home exam that will be distributed electronically and also handed in electronically. To minimize community spread of virus, we also encourage group work with course assignments to be carried out via digital communication tools such as Zoom/FaceTime/Skype and collaboration tools such as GoogleDocs or Microsoft 365. These tools are all either freely available or made available for you via your university account. More information about the University’s tools for distance learning and how to use them can be found here:

https://www.su.se/english/about/news-and-events/university-news/how-you-can-study-from-home-1.490047

Please note the decision to move this course to online teaching will involve a few changes to the previously planned time schedule. We are still working on this and will update the course web during the upcoming week. We ask for your patience in this situation that is new for us all.

Closer to the course start we will also get back with more details about where you can find the zoom meeting for each lecture and seminar and how you join the meeting.

We look forward to welcoming you to the course in May!

Kind regards,

Andreas Sundström and Fredrik Svärdsten Nymans (co-heads of the course)
