Frontiers in Management Research (FRIMAN)

Announcements

Concerning the re-take in Frontiers in Management Research (FRIMAN) April 21

Given the circumstances with the Covid-19 virus the re-take in FRIMAN will be a form of home exam, but we will make it as much alike a normal exam as possible. This means that it will take place as planned on April 21, starting as planned 17.00. The exam will, as in the case of the ordinary exam, contain 5 questions, in some cases with a and b sub-questions, but in this case, since you will have access to the course material, the questions will be a bit more challenging. More or less, however, the exam will be similar compared to the ordinary exam in February.

We use the Exia format, which means that you should open Exia and then we provide you with a code so that you can access the exam and start working.

How to access Exia: open up an internet browser (avoid Google Chrome if you have other alternatives installed) on your computer and type in examination.su.se

You log in with your p-number, please make sure you type the correct numbers.

According to the schedule the exam is planned to take place between 17-19, but due to the situation we think you may have use of an extra hour, so it will be a three hour exam ending at 20.00.

In order to make this exam as much alike an ordinary exam, you should join a ZOOM-meeting and stay there until you submit your exam. You will be invited to a zoom-event and you should check in at least five minutes before 17.00. When all have checked in you will be provided with the code to the exam at Exia, and then you can log in and start working. Since the exam is an individual task we are using zoom to make sure of that you are working alone.

Let us know if there are any questions!

Good luck!

Sorry for being late with organizing the wires on the forum for uploading your presentations to the your seminar group. I thought this was all set up by the course admin but just realized that it was not completed. I hope it will work fine now!

Do not forget to sign up for a seminar group and to wish who to include in your working group! There is a wire in the Forum at Fastreg where you can post your wishes. Based on this we will form the working groups.

Hi all students!

An updated study guide is now to be found under course material. There you now will find more information about what we are going to do at the seminars and how the course is structured and the overall design. You also find information about gradings.

More information will come during the week to come. The course web site here at Fastreg is under production due to that this is a brand new course so all information will be published as soon as it is produced.

Welcome to the course! I am looking forwad seeing you all soon!
